SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

Pinot's Palette St. Matthews offers text messaging for customer care and studio updates — for example, booking links you request during a call, confirmations that we received your message, and reservation or class updates. Some replies are sent by our AI receptionist, an automated assistant; a member of our team is always available.

• Opt-in. You can opt in by submitting your phone number through the chat widget on this website, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call with our studio.
• Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and reservations.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and send no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reservations & Studio Policies

Class reservations, cancellations, refunds, and private party bookings are handled through our studio. Our current reservation, cancellation, and refund policies are listed on our studio page. For questions about any reservation, call 502.409.4572.

This website is the official studio information site for Pinot's Palette St. Matthews. Content is provided for general information about our studio, classes, and events. Class bookings are completed through the Pinot's Palette class calendar.

Limitation of Liability

This website and our messaging programs are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jesse Jay's Pinot LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or from delayed or undelivered messages.
